Hazrat Maulana Atiqur Rahman Nanakvi (May Allah preserve him) is the present Nazim (Director) and General Secretary of Jamia Sattaria. He is the worthy son and spiritual successor of Hazrat Hafiz Jameel Ahmad Nanakvi (رحمه الله) and belongs to the distinguished scholarly and spiritual lineage of Hazrat Shah Hafiz Abdul Sattar Nanakvi (رحمه الله). He has been honored with Ijazah (authorization) and Khilafah (spiritual succession) from his respected father, carrying forward the noble legacy of Islamic scholarship, spirituality, and community service with sincerity, wisdom, and dedication.Under his visionary leadership, Jamia Sattaria continues to flourish and progress in every sphere. He plays an active and dynamic role in overseeing the institution's academic, administrative, and developmental affairs. One of the most remarkable achievements under his supervision is the construction of a magnificent Darul Hadith building, approximately 70% of which has already been completed. This landmark project is expected to become a significant center for the teaching and dissemination of the Prophetic traditions and higher Islamic studies.Maulana Atiqur Rahman Nanakvi firmly believes that the Muslim Ummah needs scholars who are deeply rooted in the traditional Islamic sciences while also being well-equipped to address the intellectual and practical challenges of the modern world.
